Warranty

All Baja Oeste backpacks include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials

• Defective seams

• Defective zippers and fasteners

Satisfaction guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

For the return or exchange to be valid:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must include the original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Repair service

We also offer a repair service for eligible products damaged through normal use. Our team will assess the item and offer available repair options whenever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or malfunctions during normal use, we will work with you to repair, replace, or exchange it depending on the situation.

If it fails, we'll offer a solution. If it doesn't fit, we'll replace it.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or inadequate care

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
